During my working years it used to be a designated location along the railway's right of way, now it is a location along the roadway`s of my future. Mile Marker 49 is actually at Marathon, located in the Florida Keys. A good place to take aim at I would think. This view is a sunset sail with my daughter Jessica who had come up for a summer weekend in 2005.

1969 Chris-Craft Commander 47
In the August 2013 issue of Canadian Yachting there is a very nice article about a total restoration of a Chris-Craft 47 done by Brenda and Wendell Wilkinson. In 1969 a 47 footer was a real yacht and you had to be a heir to something to own one. Wendell restored the interior with a ton of Cherry wood added. The 15 foot beam means the aft cabin has two large double bunks separated by a large dresser...check out the link below...George
