Mile Marker 49

Follow along with George Dutka views of current and past photos, along with thoughts and discoveries. Mile Marker has a dual meaning. During my working years it used to be a designated location along the railway's right of way, now it is a location along the roadway`s of my future. Mile Marker 49 is actually at Marathon, located in the Florida Keys. A good place to take aim at I would think. This view is a sunset sail with my daughter Jessica who had come up for a summer weekend in 2005.

Saturday Evening Sunset

Another great weekend sunset.

Here are a few images from Saturday night on the hill at Bayfield. There sure was a lot of boat out on a calm evening to watch the sunset....George

A Bayfield 40 out for the evening.

There was a group of 6 talking and enjoying the sunset. The two couple that joined us spent some time talking about next winters trip to the BVI. This is about the last of the sun as it went in behind some heavy clouds.

The sun has already set but everyone still hung around.
