Mile Marker 49

Follow along with George Dutka views of current and past photos, along with thoughts and discoveries. Mile Marker has a dual meaning. During my working years it used to be a designated location along the railway's right of way, now it is a location along the roadway`s of my future. Mile Marker 49 is actually at Marathon, located in the Florida Keys. A good place to take aim at I would think. This view is a sunset sail with my daughter Jessica who had come up for a summer weekend in 2005.

Trip to Bayfield

The boats at the marina are all off limits due to the Corona virus ban...hope it is removed soon.

At the beginning of the week we made a trip up to Bayfield. The temporary bridge is in use and most of the old bridge is gone. It is odd to see the boats roped off...George

The boat ramp and lift is off limits also.

A stop at DQ in Exeter finished off the day.
