Mile Marker 49

Follow along with George Dutka views of current and past photos, along with thoughts and discoveries. Mile Marker has a dual meaning. During my working years it used to be a designated location along the railway's right of way, now it is a location along the roadway`s of my future. Mile Marker 49 is actually at Marathon, located in the Florida Keys. A good place to take aim at I would think. This view is a sunset sail with my daughter Jessica who had come up for a summer weekend in 2005.

Port Burwell

There is a nice long pier at the Port.

We have been trying to hit a different beach each week this summer. Today it was Pt. Burwell a spot I have not visited before on Lake Erie. It was a nice visit...George


There is a submarine which one can tour in town.
