Mile Marker 49

Follow along with George Dutka views of current and past photos, along with thoughts and discoveries. Mile Marker has a dual meaning. During my working years it used to be a designated location along the railway's right of way, now it is a location along the roadway`s of my future. Mile Marker 49 is actually at Marathon, located in the Florida Keys. A good place to take aim at I would think. This view is a sunset sail with my daughter Jessica who had come up for a summer weekend in 2005.

Basketball in Southfield, Mi.

We were at almost the top floor in the round portion of the hotel. A great place to stay.

Susanne and I traveled to Southfield, Mi. to partake in the men's master basketball tournament. The hotel we used this time that the tournament landed was a great find. The best Best Western I have ever stayed in...George Dutka
