Prime Rib Steak

On the weekend we BBQ a prime rib steak which turned out well although I think it could be cooked a bit longer. Salt and Pepper added then 5 minutes on each side. Back to the first side add a roasted garlic and oil spread done prior. Put on the opposite end of BBQ to the head for 20-30 minutes...medium will take a bit longer. BBQ a lemon rubbed with oil and salt and pepper...it actually is good over the steak...George
