Another job is completed. The bottom paint is on also. Now to wax the transom.

It is now a week till Trekker launches. The lettering on the transom was getting ragged the last two season. I had a new one made and also changed home port from Grand Bend to Bayfield. Now to get the wax on...George Dutka

Boats are ready for launch in Grand Bend

Saturday was launch day in Grand Bend and I stopped by last week on the way up to Bayfield to work on my boat. Actually this was my first trip up to the lake this season and I was going to take the cover off...George

The water is up again, more so than last season. Boaters are not going to need those ladders.

If you are at Vegas you might want to stop by the Heart Attach Grill downtown. Your wine comes in an IV bag, the waitresses are dressed as nurses and the burgers are huge...did I mention your wear a operating gown during your meal...think I will take this place in next time around...George

Toronto Car Show

Yesterday I attended the car show in Toronto, Ont. with brother in law Mark and Father in law Jake. Early morning start by train got us there as the doors opened. About a quarter of the cars on display where electric a lot more than years past. Interesting to see one of the original Honda Civic's and the concept cars always need a closer look...George Dutka
