Susanne's finds turned out to be mostly heart shaped.

A couple of weeks ago we took our grand kids to Pt. Stanley to walk the beach...a Friday morning. We sure came up with some nice beach finds...George

Our neighbour brought us home a couple of cans of Ale from a brewery up in Tobermory...one of my favorite places to visit...George

Bayfield Pier

The pier now does not extend out into the lake.

Over the winter it appears the beach has filled in more along the north pier. The sand it now right out to the end of the pier...George

A Final Farewell

Trekker is being readied for a move.

On Friday we went to Bayfield for a walk on the beach and check out the sailboats. As it turned out my old boat Trekker was loaded on a flatbed with the mast off being readied for its voyage to Hamilton harbor its new home. I guess fate has given me a final chance to say goodbye to an old friend...George 

The mast was taken down earlier in the day and loaded.
