Coco at Night

One can either head into the hotel or use the sidewalkway to the bar, beach and pool area.
Some views of the Hilton outside area with my shakey hands...Longboards had a great happy hour every evening and all day Wednesday and Sunday...George

On the cooler evenings a gang gathers around this table....one of two set up this way.

From the boardwalk to the beach.

Mailbox Coco Beach style

Here we have a mailbox we thought was really neat...noted the advertising for anyone wanting one...George

Dinner at Port Canaveral - part 2

At the entrance to Fishlips.
On another night Susanne and I tried another of the Port Canaveral dockside grills...this time Fishlips...we liked this one the best of all that we tried...George

Our meal came in these neat trays. Fish again tonight.
This time the Disney cruise was heading out.

Dinner at Port Canaveral - part 1

Grills was the second place we checked out and if you note the sign serves shark meat.
Port Canaveral just north of Coco Beach and south of the Cape has a really nice group of restaurants along the waterway near the loading area for the cruise ships.

Fish tacos for me with sweet potato fries. Note the cruise ship departing behind Susanne. There was one go out each evening at supper time.

Grills has a really neat bar if one enjoys boating.
a

They were all out of shark kabobs when we arrived and we were early.

Visiting my Cousin

My cousin Irena in pink and her husband Richard join us for a photo on the beach at Palm Coast Florida. Can you tell it was a cold day. Since they live in Florida 60 degrees is really cold. Ursula drove over from the other coast with her husband Uri to celebrate Ukrainian Christmas with us.
Susanne and I visited with my cousin who now lives in Florida. They are in Palm Coast about two hours away from were we stayed and about 13 degrees colder as seen in a beach photo near their place. We had a nice visit and spent the evening eating authentic Ukrainian food as it was the traditional Christmas date in January...George

Coco Beach

Shells on the beach...only seen these on the first day.
Just back for a week in Coco Beach, Florida. We had a good time although the weather did not always co-operate with us...George

We made a few trips to RonJon's.

My new favorite beer. We visited the brewery also which was in Port Canaveral.

Lunch at Coco's on the beach on our last day in Florida.

Susanne went for the fish tacos at Coco's on the beach. Fish is Mahi Mahi.
Looking at our hotel the Hilton.

Thought this bar at a restaurant we ate at in Port Canaveral near the cruise ship terminals.

Fun Things

Some fun things to make.

An old rake put to use.

Got any old saws?
