Mile Marker 49

Follow along with George Dutka views of current and past photos, along with thoughts and discoveries. Mile Marker has a dual meaning. During my working years it used to be a designated location along the railway's right of way, now it is a location along the roadway`s of my future. Mile Marker 49 is actually at Marathon, located in the Florida Keys. A good place to take aim at I would think. This view is a sunset sail with my daughter Jessica who had come up for a summer weekend in 2005.

Goderich and the Beach

No room in the wagon for Declan by the time we made the rounds.

Sunday Jessica and Declan drove up to the beach to join us for a trip to Goderich for the annual crafts festival. Declan's wagon was full and no room to sit in by the time we got back to the car. Next was a visit at the boat and a walk out to the pier and beach...George

Out Sailing

I'm not able to see the beer in my hand for some reason.

Was out for a sail last week with Brad on his CS30. We were followed for about a mile out into the lake by a drone operated by one of our dock neighbors. Here is his shot from above the mast...George

60th Birthday

Susanne`s 60th was on Friday and we celebrated with friends in Vegas. Once home the kids threw a surprise party on Sunday...lots of fun...George
